Cancellation PolicySupporting fair access to care for all clients

At RMedi8, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To keep the clinic running smoothly and to ensure availability for clients who may be waiting for treatment, the following cancellation guidelines apply.

24‑Hour Notice
Automatic reminders are sent 48 hours before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the appointment to be offered to another client who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late.
If the appointment cannot be filled, a late‑cancellation fee equal to the full appointment fee may apply.

No‑Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is provided, a no‑show fee equal to the full appointment fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
The full appointment fee still applies, even if treatment time is reduced.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your appointment using any of the following:
  • The Cancel Booking link in your confirmation email
  • Replying to any email or SMS from RMedi8
  • The Contact form at www.RMedi8.com.au

How to Reschedule

If you need to change your appointment time, simply book your preferred new time online, then cancel your original booking using one of the methods above.

​Consideration & Exceptions

Life happens. If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please let the clinic know as soon as possible. Fee waivers may be offered at the practitioner’s discretion.
