Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the RMedi8 Loyalty Program, effective from 29th May 2025. By joining or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• The program is available to RMedi8 clients who have accrued five qualifying treatment stamps within twelve months.
• Clients can collect and redeem an unlimited number of treatment stamps.
• Stamps can be earned by attending and paying for a full-price treatment or by referring friends who do the same.
• Each booking, regardless of its length, earns one stamp.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining their own Loyalty Program cards, which should be submitted when paying for a treatment to be updated and stamped.
• Stamps can be redeemed for 30 minutes of extra time on a paid treatment, such as a 60-minute massage for the price of 30 minutes ($75.00) or a 90-minute massage for the price of 60 minutes ($120.00).
• The free 30 minutes may be gifted to friends or family, but only as part of a paid treatment (as above).
• To claim the extra time, the completed Loyalty Program card must be redeemed.
• While it is not mandatory, noting the planned redemption of points when making a booking can help avoid being charged the full price.
• RMedi8 reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
